ABOUT
Brittany Jones (a.k.a. Brittanimation) is a passionate and performance-driven professional and team leader that inspires others through education, 3D animation, and project management. Experienced educator and curriculum developer who creates engaging content and motivates students to reach their greatest creative and technical potential. Skilled short film director and producer that executes meaningful and challenging work.
Brittany received her Master of Fine Arts (May 2016) and Bachelor of Arts (May 2013) degrees in Arts and Technology from The University of Texas at Dallas. For her graduate thesis film, Brittany directed a team of ~20 students to create a 3D animated film Dear Hallie (http://dearhalliefilm.com/). Her main roles included directing, script writing, producing, modeling, surfacing, set dressing, and camera layout.
Brittany’s dream career involves contributing her leadership, management, teaching, and 3D artist skills at various studios that produce 3-D animated feature and short films, interactive educational/serious games, and preschool television programming. While gaining experience in the industry, Brittany desires to teach animation related courses at collegiate institutions. Throughout all of this, Brittany plans to ignite a passion for life, learning, and animation in all whom she encounters!
